Doggie Beach Camp

If your dog is high energy, is a beach dog, loves the water, hiking and playing with friends, then this is the adventure that they have been dreaming of. We take the dogs to either Dog Beach in Del Mar, Huntington Dog Beach or to Fiesta Island for 2 full hours of activity!

This unique program is based on a monthly commitment of 2 days per week. We offer this opportunity in 2 locations - North County San Diego, South Coastal Orange County. The monthly tuition includes the dog shuttle for residential pick up and drop off. PLUS your dog gets to board with us in our home when you travel. We are truly full service.

North San Diego County and South Coastal OC

Days offered weekly - Monday and Fridays

8:30 - 10:00 am

10:45 am - We arrive at Fiesta Island for our Beach Excursion and Adventure - we swim, play, hike, train, and have fun! We have 2 trainers supervising and keeping the pack safe, well behaved, hydrated, and having fun. We take water and shade breaks in between our exercise and play time.

12:30/1:00 pm - We take our final fresh water and final towel dry break and then load back up into the Doggie Beach Bus to head back to begin drop off’s.

1:45 to 3:30 pm - Drop off’s

Monthly tuition is approximately $585.00 $65/day), based upon 9 days of camp. We offer discounts for multi-dog families, please ask us!

Small pack size - we are only allowing 6 dogs to join this special training and adventure camp

Quick Baths and towel dry are also available for an additional $25.00. They will smell like green apple and shine when they are dropped off.

Farm Days

This is a Day Training Program offered 2 days a week.

On Tuesday and Thursdays we have an option for your puppy or dog that is unique, engaging, educational and fun!

We will pick them up, and they spend the day with us on our property in North County, SD. We have ¾ of an acre fully fenced little farm property. The dogs get to learn and practice their Obedience skills and social skills, all the while playing and having fun. We also have “Fungility” playing and exercising on the agility equipment to help build muscle, coordination, listening skills, and confidence. We have baby pools for cooling off, and A/C in our interior room, where we take afternoon naps. We sometimes will take field trips to downtown Vista, Oceanside or Carlsbad. We have fun, but we are learning and becoming the best puppies and dogs!

Pick-up’s 8:30 to 10:00 am

Drop -off’s 3:00 to 4:00 pm

Cost is $55/day $495/month, includes pick up and drop off

Overnights are $90/per day and night. (includes the daycare)

SD Tails on Trails

Currently only offering Doggie Beach Camp activities, and Farm Days due to the high level of Rattlesnakes on the trails

If you have a high energy dog that loves adventure, and a 30 to 60 minute on leash walk is just not enough for them. If they love to hike, explore and play with other dogs. If they need not only exercise, but they also need mental stimulation, proper socialization and doggie manners, then SD Tails on Trails is your answer! This is a unique opportunity for your dog to join a Dog Trainer Led pack adventure that provides all of the above, and 26 years of offering this amazing and valued service.

Schedule and Cost

The cost per day is $45, and there is a minimum of 2 days a week commitment, for pack continuity and training purposes. All dogs are trained to recall to a hunting whistle while on our adventures off leash, or your dog can also remain on leash.

North County San Diego

8:00 - 9:30 am - Pick up’s in North County

10:00 am - We arrive at a local trail

11:15 - We take our final fresh water, and then load back up into the Doggie Beach Bus to begin drop off’s

12:00 - 1:30 pm - We drop off back at home in North County

Approx. $585.00 based upon 13 days of Pack Trails Runs - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - The cost is $45 a day

Cost

There is a minimum commitment of 2 days a week. Cost depends on the committed monthly scheduled pack runs, and each month has a different amount of available calendar days
